Jumana is an affordable housing project, located in Madinat Salman, expected to become one of Bahrain’s biggest and newest residential areas. The perfect location for families looking for a peaceful and quiet place to build their nest egg and own the home of their dreams.

Jumana is part of the Kingdom’s first public private partnership (PPP) agreement with the Ministry of Housing to provide social and affordable homes for Bahraini citizens. The project offers a combination of villas, townhouses and apartments to choose from.

Location

Jumana Madinat Salman is located North-West of the Kingdom of Bahrain. The area is comprised of a number of islands connected to each other and connected as well to the main island. There will be two main access points to and from the island, the first via Janabiya Highway and the second being the coastal highway from the North-West of Manama.

Masterplan

The masterplan will be developed in several phases. The first batch includes 367 units comprising apartments, townhouses and villas. The masterplan has been designed to incorporate open areas, gardens, commercial and retail space as well as important amenities that cover health, education and mosques.

In total there will be 202 apartments of varying types built to high standards of quality and layouts. There are five types of apartments ranging from 2,3 and 4 bedrooms ranging from 117-235 square meters of living space. There are two main apartment buildings; Block A & Block B. The larger sized four bedroom apartments are built as lavish penthouses situated at the top levels of the apartment buildings. All the apartments include;

In total there will be 202 apartments of varying types built to high standards of quality and layouts. There are five types of apartments ranging from 2,3 and 4 bedrooms ranging from 117-235 square meters of living space. There are two main apartment buildings; Block A & Block B. The larger sized four bedroom apartments are built as lavish penthouses situated at the top levels of the apartment buildings. All the apartments include;

Villa

Two storey, three bedroom

The majority of the villas are situated along the seafront of the island offering spectacular views of the open Arabian Gulf Sea. There are 165 villas total, divided into two types, comprising of detached homes and semi attached villas (townhouses). The first type (townhouses/semi attached), three storey villas built as four bedrooms on plot sizes starting at 189 square meters with a built-up area of 235 square meters. For the second type, the villas are built as two storeys, three bedroom homes on a plot size starting at 266 square meters with a built up area of 208 square meters.
